Are the products I ordered delivered to my door?

Yes, the products are delivered to your door by our courier company.

What are the delivery fees?

For orders with a total value over R1500.00 delivery is free of charge.

For orders less than R1500.00 a delivery fee of R150.00 incl VAT is charged.

How do I track and trace my order?

JMM Powertools will send you a confirmation e-mail when your goods have been dispatched, a tracking number will be on this e-mail.

Do I personally have to sign for my order?

If it is not possible for you to receive your order, kindly nominate another person and advise JMM Powertools who will be signing for the order.

What is the dispatch time frame?

Once payment has been received, 3-7 working days should be allowed for you to receive your goods.

What happens if my shipment is lost?

JMM Powertools has fully insured your products.

In the unlikely event of your order going missing before delivery, then you will be sent a new order as soon as possible.If there is no stock, a full refund, including delivery costs will be done.

What is the returns policy?

In the event an item being incomplete, damaged or different to the specification on the website.

What payment options are available?

At JMM Powertools, Credit card and Electronic Fund Transfer(EFT) payments are accepted

How long does an EFT payment take to be authorised?

If your bank is within the borders of South Africa, authorisation is usually done 48 hours after payment has been made.

Do you require proof of payment to be sent ?

Proof of payment may help to speed up the process of dispatch. Kindly send proof of payment to shop@jmmpowertools.co.za with your order number as a reference.

Should payment not be received after 7 days of placing your order, your order will be cancelled. Should you wish to reinstate the order kindly contact us, either telephonically or by e-mail.
